We are currently seeking a Travel Consultant with a passion for travel to join our team and to play a key role in promoting and booking travel services.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling requests over mail & telephone for tickets and hotels
- Promptly & timely respond to clients’ requests
- Communicate and maintain excellent partnerships with suppliers and hotels
- Communicate and maintain excellent relationships with the clients: travel agent, corporate client, individual or group clients
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position at the Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of travel software and computer reservations systems, GDS systems, Liknoss and Fairlogix
- Fluent in English & Greek
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Groups reservations & handling
- Experience in FIT handling
- Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently
- Preferably University degree in Travel & Tourism, not a must
